HOW TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS

You can buy directly from our online store, through our collaborators or contact us for wholesale and bespoke products.

VASES WITH CUSTOM SAND

We can make our glass products with your custom sand! If you send us the sand, there will be a lead time 3-4 weeks for your order with a %50 pre-payment condition.

VASE COLLECTION AND BESPOKE PRODUCTS

For vases and bespoke products there is %50 pre-payment agreement. This payment is non-refundable. There will be a 3-4 weeks lead time for large glass vases and bespoke products. Due to their hand-made quality, our products have certain unique qualities varying from each other.

INSTALLATIONS AND EXHIBIT DESIGN

We are experienced in both, please contact by email for further details. We work on a contract basis and will give you a detailed breakdown of the budget plan, payment process in our proposal and quotation.

MATERIAL AND PROCESS

We use sustainable materials for our products. Studio Sahil products are hand - made with the finest quality of craft.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

The glass we use is different mixes of soda-lime glass which is not resistant to high temperatures. Please do not put any hot liquids inside. Studio Sahil is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting during the use of the product.

SHIPMENT 

We can ship worldwide. Depending on your order, we can dispatch your parcel from one to two weeks.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately, notify the shipping company about the damage and we can work from there together.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

All glass products from the online store can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase with your receipt if these items are undamaged and are in the same condition of their purchase. Wearable accessories such as the jewellery, scarves and bandanas are refundable due to health and hygiene reasons. If you have ordered a bespoke product, due their custom design we do not accept any exchanges or returns since that product is specifically made to your order.
